Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our healthcare team in order to support AVS and OOH locations. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, conduct thorough assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. This role requires a strong foundation in medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments of patients.
Develop and implement patient management plans, including medication administration and follow-up care.
Provide education to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Stay informed about advancements in medical practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures within the clinical setting.

Qualifications

Experience in primary care
Master’s Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (Prescribing Essential)
NMC/HCPC/GphC registered
Evidence of completion of study in minor illness
Be able to see all ages
