We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing & Web Development Specialist to help grow our online presence, generate leads, and improve our digital platforms.

The Role

This is a hands-on role combining website management, SEO, paid advertising, and digital growth strategy. You will be responsible for improving our online visibility, generating enquiries, and maintaining a high-performing website that converts visitors into customers.

This position is ideal for someone who is both technically capable and marketing-focused, with experience across web development and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management

Maintain and improve the Marlin Windows website
Update content, landing pages, and product information
Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience
Implement conversion-focused design improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

Improve Google rankings for relevant local search terms
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimise on-page and technical SEO
Create and implement local SEO strategies
Monitor website traffic and SEO performance

PPC & Lead Generation

Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
Optimise PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and lead quality
Manage advertising budgets effectively
Track conversions and campaign performance
Produce monthly performance reports and recommendations

Digital Marketing

Assist with social media marketing and content creation
Support email marketing campaigns
Implement analytics and tracking systems
Help develop overall digital growth strategies for the business

Requirements

Experience in web development and website management
Strong knowledge of SEO and Google ranking factors
Experience running Google Ads campaigns
Understanding of conversion optimisation and lead generation
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Desirable Skills

Experience in the home improvement, construction, or glazing industry
WordPress experience
Basic graphic design or video editing skills
Experience with Meta/Facebook advertising
Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation
