Day to day duties

Required skills and qualifications

Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to supporting young people
- Ability to use a range of Information Technology/Information Communication Technology systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to engage groups of students through the delivery of personal development tutorials
- Ability to analyse and interpret basic student related data, for example relating to patterns of absence/absence levels
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks through to completion within prescribed deadlines
Education

English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above/willingness to obtain, or equivalent skill level
- Willingness and ability to undertake Level 3 Award in Education and Training
