Reporting directly to the managing directors and working closely with other members of staff, the successful candidate will be carrying out a variety of tasks in support of the technical team who are responsible for delivering IT support and IT services to our clients.

This is an office-based position. Entegraty has 2 offices:
Leicester – Unit 7 Peckleton Business Park, Peckleton
Chessington – Trident Court, 1 Oakcroft Road, Chessington
This position will be based at our Leicester office.

Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and accounts responsibilities, Sale order processing, Purchase order processing, sending out sales invoices, entering purchase invoices, banking, etc.
·Preparation of quotes to be sent to clients
·Procurement of hardware and software
·Coordinate and manage contract renewals
·Coordinate and manage client service renewals, Domains, Antivirus, licensing etc.
·Liaise with clients regarding their procurement requirements
·Liaise with technicians regarding our client’s procurement requirements
·Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies
·Managing Sales orders
·Managing Purchase orders
·Log support issues as and when required
·General administration tasks
Skills required
The successful candidate will:
·Have At least 2 years’ experience of working in an office environment with similar responsibilities.
·Have at least 2 years’ experience of working with Sage or Xero accounting systems.
· Excellent communication skills. This job involves contacting client’s personnel including company executives, by email and by phone.
·Previous experience of working in a similar role with an understanding of IT technologies, including Microsoft Office, PC’s/Notebooks, Licensing, etc. is preferred.
·Strong organisational and management skills
·Have a good understanding of IT systems
·Good negotiating skills
·Have excellent written English skills
·Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
·Be able to work independently with little supervision
Education and Experience
·Degree or equivalent (business management or administration, economics, English or another relevant discipline would be an advantage)
·Previous experience of working as a business administrator or equivalent, carrying out similar tasks is preferred
·Previous experience working in a similar role within an IT company is preferred.
Remuneration
£27K-31K basic salary (depending on experience and qualifications)
