The Opportunity

Operate as the engine room of the kitchen, translating strategy into execution. Comparable to a race engineer, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to fine-tune performance, oversee service under pressure, and ensure every plate leaving the kitchen meets exacting standards. Your leadership will keep the operation running at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Sous Chef

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution

Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during prep and service

Ensure all dishes meet quality, presentation, and consistency standards

Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef

Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste

Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
