Your Role
As a Shop Assistant, you’ll play a key part in making our stores a success. You’ll:
- Welcome and serve customers, offering expert advice and product recommendations
- Set up and demonstrate devices for new customers
- Handle sales, payments, returns, and till operations
- Keep displays stocked, tidy, and eye-catching
- Maintain tester devices and shop cleanliness to the highest standard
- Work closely with your team to hit store goals and create a great environment
What We’re Looking For

- Passionate about vaping (knowledge/experience required)

- Motivated by sales targets and delivering excellent customer service

The Details
- Job Type: Full-time (minimum 32 hours per week, including weekends; overtime available)
- Experience Required:
- Vaping: 1 year
- Customer Service: 1 year
- Work Location: In person
