The Company

The Installation Assurance Authority have operated for over 30 years. As a Group of companies we employ over 80 full time staff and have supported installers and homeowners since 1995. The Role

To administer and support the daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Provide Executive Assistant support to the Corporate Services Manager as required as part of a growing team.

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations – Support managers with employee relations matters promptly and fairly with the Finance Director.
Recruitment & Onboarding – Coordinate and support recruitment processes, interviews and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Performance Management - Support managers with performance appraisal systems and improvement plans.
Compliance - Keep up to date with changes in HR legislation and support the business in maintaining compliance.
HR Administration - Maintain accurate employee records, manage BrightHR systems and prepare reports for management.
Payroll Administration – Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring employee information, salary changes, absence records, and other relevant data are accurate and submitted within required timescales.
Training & Development - Support training programs to enhance employee skills.
Policy Implementation - Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Experience in an administrative or business support role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Calm under pressure and confident handling last-minute changes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general digital tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Office Administration and Facilities:

Maintain and support the development of new policies and procedures, while updating existing ones to ensure compliance with current legislation.
Maintaining accurate employee records and organisational chart
Providing administrative assistance to Directors and Mangers within the company, including diary management.
Managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and acting as a primary point of contact for staff and visitors.
Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor arrangements and general office logistics.

To undergo training and development in line with the needs of the business.
To assist with other duties within the scope and nature of the position.
