About us

Wow Vape & Snacks is a rapidly expanding Vape & International Snack store in Cumbria.

We opened our first store in Dalton in 2019 and have since opened stores in Ulverston, Millom, Barrow and Kendal.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Millom store. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This store is fast paced with plenty to be doing while on shift.

Duties

- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs

- Provide information about products to customers

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor

- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Inventory management and stock rotation

- Key holder responsibility

Requirements

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively

- Basic maths skills for processing transactions

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

- Experience in retail sales or customer service is desirable

- Must be reliable and punctual

- Must be self motivating as lone working

- Strong work ethic is essential.

- Must be able to provide work references at interview stage

Working Hours - 12 hours per week

Monday 8am - 11am

Thursday 5pm - 7pm

Friday 5pm - 7pm

Saturday 2pm - 7pm

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Millom LA18 4BU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
