What we're looking for
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Analytical, organised and naturally curious
- A confident communicator with excellent written skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- An interest in data, technology, healthcare and service improvement
- Someone creative and enthusiastic about engaging with patients and the wider community
What will you be doing?
You’ll play an important role in helping us become a data driven organisation, using information, technology and innovation to improve services and patient outcomes across our practice. This is a varied role offering exposure to multiple areas of primary care, including:
- Data analysis and reporting
- Quality improvement and performance monitoring
- Digital systems support and development
- Website, social media and communications
- Project and operational support
- Patient engagement
Experience within the NHS or primary care is welcome but not essential. We are keen to hear from applicants who demonstrate strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
Pay: £14.09 per hour
