The Vacancy

We have an opportunity in our Kendal Branch for someone to join them as a Customer Service Assistant on a full-time basis for a fixed period of 13 months.

About the Role

This will be a full-time role working in our Kendal branch. You’ll work 35.5 hours, Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.15pm with a full weekday off every other week. You’ll also work every other Saturday 8.45am-12.15pm.

This is a fixed term contract for a period of 13 months.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be part of a team which is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. In addition to providing an efficient cashiering service, our colleagues can spot opportunities to help our customers, talk confidently about our brilliant products and services, and generally look after our customer needs. There will also be opportunities within this role to work collaboratively with other areas across the business.

The role will be based at Kendal branch, but you may be required to work in other branches in the South Lakeland area, such as Ambleside and Windermere, occasion depending on business need.
