About Authentise

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Software Tester (QA) to join our growing team. Our team uses a combination of manual and automated techniques to ensure our products maintain the robust quality our customers expect, within the constraints of a fast-paced, agile, engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in software QA who wants to build their technical skills in the world of test engineering.

What You’ll Do

Perform hands-on manual end-to-end testing across complex manufacturing workflows to ensure product quality
Maintain and extend automated e2e and API tests in both javascript (Cypress) and python
Translate user stories and requirements into clear, actionable test cases and execute them thoroughly
Actively contribute to feature validation, identifying gaps, edge cases, and usability issues
Work closely with developers and product managers to understand scope and validate changes quickly
Participate in a tight, collaborative team working across different time zones, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
Log, track, and drive issue resolution, following through until closure

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience in manual software testing with a practical, problem-solving approach
Some exposure to automation tools (e.g. Cypress, Postman) and strong desire to learn
Ability to understand requirements quickly and convert them into effective test coverage
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Clear and proactive communication skills, especially in distributed teams
A sense of ownership—someone who follows tasks through and collaborates when needed
