Full job description

Gardenia and Marsh Farm GP Practice is looking for a receptionist/Administrator to support our current team of 9 Medical Receptionists who are trained and well supported and lead by our two experienced senior receptionists. We are a Three Partner GP Practice with a patient list size of 13,500 which is very busy.

The team is lead by the three Partners and the Practice Manager. The leadership team also consists of two Senior Receptionist.

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist who is able to work well under pressure in calm manner. This position is 34.5 hours a week.

The post is permanent and the working hours will be as follows: Monday, 08.30-18.30, Tuesday 08.00-13.30, Wednesday 08.30-18.30, Thursday 08.30-18.30 and Friday 13.00-18.30

which are determined and set in line with our business needs. The hours will be regular and the same every week, we may ask to do some overtime inline with our organisational requirements. Gardenia and Marsh Farm Practice is happy to accept applications from candidates with no previous experience, as it is willing to train the right candidate
