Full job description

Superior Healthcare is seeking Rapid Response Nurses to join our Complex Care Team, supporting adults and children across East and South Kent.

This is a permanent position working nights where you will provide clinical support in clients’ homes when their regular team members are unavailable. You will work with clients living with a wide range of life-limiting conditions, including:

Congenital conditions from birth
Degenerative conditions
Spinal injuries
Acquired brain injuries

You will also support clients requiring interventions such as:

Tracheostomy
Ventilation
Gastrostomy
Bowel management
Seizures

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality complex care in clients’ homes
Work to a two-week rota with regular hours (days and nights available)
Provide last minute cover when needed
Assist with training and induction of Healthcare Assistants and Nurses
Ensure continuity of care and clinical excellence

Shift Pattern – 8–12 hour shifts

Week 1: Mon, Thu, Fri
Week 2: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun
Week 3: Mon, Thu, Fri
Week 4: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun

Pay & Benefits

£26–£31 per hour
Full-time salary equivalent: £57, 562 (Nights)
Opportunity for overtime to increase earnings

Enhanced DBS check
Three years’ continuous referencing
Strong clinical skills and adaptability to varied client needs
