Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant (BC/D365)

Remote + Shares + Unlimited "Paid" Leave

The Role:

You’ll get the opportunity to be a Business Central consultant, for one of the fastest growing Microsoft partners, leading Business Central implementations from pre-sale through to completion, with a view to building a fully-fledged Business Central capability within the Dynamics 365 practice.

What skills and working characteristics should this person have?

Experience with D365 BC/NAV Business Application technology focused on Finance or SCM.
Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into solution
Experienced implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central
Effective communication across cross-functional teams and diverse clients/stakeholders
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident in pressurised situations with strict deadlines
Provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement

As a BC Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

Implement Business Central solutions for customers, including customization and data migration
Participate in client workshops, to analyse and design D365 BC solutions and write functional specifications
Transform the business requirements into application requirements
Scope change to Business Central functionality to identify customers’ needs and extend the functionality of the standard application.
Prototype, configure and test the respective business processes.
Train customer key users and/or end-users.
Assist in the transition of the solution to the support team.
