About Us
We are a busy and well-established dental laboratory dedicated to delivering high-quality restorations and excellent service to our clients. We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our lab.

Role Overview
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, coordinating workflow, and maintaining strong communication with dental practices and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations within the dental laboratory
Coordinate case workflow and ensure deadlines are met
Handle incoming and outgoing cases, invoices, and client communications
Maintain accurate records and lab management systems
Liaise with dentists, couriers, and suppliers
Support the technical team with scheduling and logistics
Oversee stock control and ordering of materials

Requirements

Previous experience in a dental laboratory or dental practice preferred
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in office software and lab management systems
Experience in accounting software (Xero)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
