We are looking for a qualified welder/fabricator to join our steel fabrication workshop team.
The main job role is the fabricating and welding of structural steel in general; manufacturing steel components as required dependent on the nature of the contract. This role may entail working on agricultural and/or industrial steel framed buildings, structural steelwork, doors, gates, barriers etc.
Ideally candidates should have:
- Previous welding experience is highly desirable, ideally candidates will have been coded or at least be up to coding standards.
- Experience in the use of tools used in the process of fabrication, such as: GEKA croppers and punch machine, brake press, band saw, pillar drill and other power tools such as grinders and magnetic drills
- The ability to work as part of a team, producing work of a consistently high standard within the specified time frame.
Training can be provided for the right candidate.
Pay dependent on experience.
