Easy Recycling Solutions Ltd – Kettering unit
Rate: £12.80 per hour
Job Type: Permanent (On-site role)

Full Time Role:
Easy Recycling Solutions Ltd is offering a full time opportunity at our Kettering site for a reliable, friendly, and a proactive Metal Recycling General Assistant. No experience needed – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Working Hours :

37.5 hours per week
Full time: 4 weekdays: 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour unpaid break) plus the Saturday below*
*Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00 (30-minute unpaid break)

This is a physical, varied role that involves working both independently and as part of a supportive, down-to-earth team. You’ll be dealing with customers, sorting metal materials, and helping keep the site running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
Sort and process recyclable metals
Use simple IT systems to log materials (training provided)
Maintain a clean, safe working area
Follow Health & Safety guidelines
Operate basic machinery and tools (training provided)
Support the wider team and assist in daily site operations
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly and approachable – great with people and our great customers
Organised and good at managing your time
Willing to learn and not afraid to get stuck in
Reliable and trustworthy – a real team player
Happy to carry out manual lifting and happy to work on your feet
Good communicator and basic IT skills is desirable
No previous experience needed – we’ll train you!
Maintain high standards of safety and productivity while adhering to company policies and procedures
Due to insurance requirements, applicants must be 18 years old and over. 21 years to drive the company vehicle. We also have a vacancy for non-driver.
