Full job description

Job Title: Electrical Craft Team Member

Location: Corby (NN17)

Salary: £39,484 - £40,351 (inclusive of shift premium)

Closing Date: 6th September 2026

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Craft Team Member to keep our Corby plant running safely, reliably and on time. You will work in a multi-skilled shift team across days, lates and nights Monday to Friday, carrying out planned maintenance and tackling faults at pace to minimise downtime.

What you will do

Complete PPM and reactive maintenance on plant electrical systems to a high safety and quality standard
Fault find on relay control circuits, AC and DC motors and a range of drives to get equipment back online quickly
Carry out basic PLC fault finding on Siemens S7-300, S7-1200 and S7-1500
Read and work from electrical drawings and update job records in SAP PM or similar CMMS

What you will need

Apprentice trained or Level 3 qualification such as BTEC, City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
Experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment with strong electrical fault finding skills
Working knowledge of low voltage systems, motors, drives and safe systems of work
Comfortable working rotating shifts Monday to Friday as part of a multi-skilled team
