Job Overview
We’re building a creator community and are looking for passionate, driven Freelance Content Creators who want regular paid work alongside opportunities to learn, collaborate, and grow.
This role is ideal for junior to mid-level creators who are early in their creative journey and want to sharpen their skills through real-world projects while earning. You’ll work across a mix of commercial and domestic projects, creating content that elevates brand presence and delivers genuine value to clients. We work with big brands like National Express, Samsung and well known household brands.
This is a paid freelance opportunity with flexible collaboration that fits around your current work, studies, or personal projects. We’re not looking for “perfect” creators. We’re looking for the right people who are excited to develop, experiment, and be part of something long-term.
Even though we are based in Leicester, there is travel required and on some occasions travel paid. Our big brands are predominantly based south of Leicester, like London, Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes, and north/west like Birmingham, and Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, original content for multiple platforms including social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns
- Shoot, edit, and deliver video and photo content for commercial and domestic projects
- Edit your own work to a strong standard, ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand alignment
- Use video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, or Final Cut Pro
- Design basic visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator where required
- Assist with content planning and execution across different client briefs
- Collaborate with other creators and the wider marketing team to deliver engaging content
- Take feedback positively and refine content to improve quality and performance
Skills & Experience
- Junior to mid-level experience in content creation (professional or personal projects welcome)
- Confident editing your own video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, or Final Cut Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic understanding of content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns
- Comfortable producing video and photography for different formats and platforms
- A good eye for storytelling, composition, and visual consistency
- Willingness to learn, improve, and collaborate within a creative community
- Strong communication skills and reliability when working on freelance projects
