Location: Nottingham (Office-based / Hybrid)

Hours: Part-Time (2–3 days per week, highly flexible)

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience) + performance-based bonuses linked to lead growth

About the Role

We are an established local home energy and improvement installation business with a 20-year track record. We don’t do "hard sells" we provide genuine, high-value advice, solutions and delivery that help homeowners transform and future-proof their properties.

We are seeking a smart, highly switched-on Digital Marketeer who has great business vision, creative flair, and the technical skills to drive actual, high-quality enquiries.

We have big aspirations for growth, and this is a brilliant opportunity for the right person to be a key driver in that journey and be well rewarded and looked after as we scale.

This role offers genuine flexibility and is highly suited to an experienced professional, a consultant, or a talented parent looking to step back into a focused, high-impact role that fits perfectly around family life.

What You’ll Be Doing

Website & Conversion Optimisation: Taking control of our website, testing new landing pages, and constantly improving the user experience so that visitors convert into solid leads.
SEO & Content Strategy: Writing engaging blog posts, optimising our search rankings, and managing our local SEO to ensure we are the go-to choice in the Midlands.
Performance Marketing: Setting up and managing sharp, localised campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
Creative Marketing: Designing and launching simple, professional downloadable resources, cost calculators, and digital lead magnets that attract high-value homeowners.

Switched-On & Business-Minded: You understand that marketing’s ultimate job is to generate opportunities and sales. You are driven by results, leads, and ROI.
Digital All-Rounder: You have practical, hands-on skills in website management, basic SEO, and running paid ad campaigns.
A Proactive Self-Starter: You have the vision to spot opportunities, propose fresh ideas, and execute them without needing to be micro-managed.
