About the role
We are seeking a highly creative, organised, and proactive Creative Media Executive to bring our travel experiences to life through compelling visual storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, content creation, photography, videography, and digital marketing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia content that inspires customers to explore new destinations while strengthening our brand across digital and print platforms. The role involves travelling to destinations, capturing high-quality visual content, producing social media campaigns, supporting marketing initiatives including podcasts and events producing and broadcasting, and maintaining consistent brand standards.
This is a hands-on creative role requiring excellent technical skills, strong storytelling ability, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Content creation
- Plan, produce, and edit high-quality photo and video content for marketing campaigns.
- Capture destination, hotel, excursion, customer experience, podcasts, events and lifestyle content.
- Produce engaging short-form videos for our mobile app, social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop long-form video content for promotional campaigns, destination guides, interviews, and behind-the-scenes features.
- Create graphics, animations, motion graphics, and digital assets.
- Edit and optimise content for multiple digital platforms including our mobile app.
- Manage photography and video equipment.
- Maintain a well-organised digital asset library.
Social media and Company Mobile app content.

Brand & Marketing
Under brand and marketing, the media executive will ensure all creative content aligns with company branding and tone of voice through a collaborative work with the marketing team to produce campaign assets and contribute creative ideas to brand development and campaign planning. Other brand and marketing activities also entails:
- Support seasonal marketing campaigns and product or services launches.
- Design promotional materials including:
o Brochures
o Travel Magazines
o Flyers
o Digital advertisements
o Email graphics
o Website banners
o Events and Podcast materials
- Contribute creative ideas to brand development and campaign planning.
Travel and Destination content
- Travel domestically and internationally to capture our events and podcast as well as destination content. Work with our partners including tourism boards, hotels, suppliers, and local partners.
- Photograph and film resorts, attractions, excursions, restaurants, and customer experiences.
- Create authentic travel storytelling that reflects the customer journey through also podcasts and events. Represent the company professionally while travelling.
Key performance indicators
- Delivery of high-quality creative content on schedule.
