Vacancy: Contracts Manager / Surveyor
Location: Office in Bromsgrove but to cover the Manchester area and within 50 miles

We are a well-established and reputable building insurance repair specialist, delivering high-quality reinstatement and repair works across residential and commercial properties. With a strong pipeline of projects and longstanding relationships with insurers and loss adjusters, we are looking to expand our team with an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager / Surveyor.The Role
This is a varied and hands-on role combining contract management and surveying responsibilities. You will oversee multiple insurance repair projects from initial assessment through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of insurance reinstatement projects
Conducting site surveys, preparing scopes of work, and producing accurate cost estimates
Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, clients, and subcontractors
Planning, coordinating, and supervising works on site
Monitoring progress, budgets, and quality of workmanship
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
Resolving any issues or variations throughout the project lifecycle
Producing reports and maintaining clear project documentation

About You

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager, Surveyor, or similar role within construction or insurance repairs
Strong knowledge of building construction, reinstatement, and repair techniques
Experience working with insurance claims and loss adjusters is highly desirable
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Strong communication and client-facing abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in estimating and reporting
Full UK driving licence
