Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team for a permanent position following successful probation period.

Responsibilities

Perform general grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing lawns, hedge cutting and pruning.
Maintain garden beds by weeding and pruning
Operate tools such as lawn mowers, hedge cutters and blowers.
Use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks including planting and pruning
Work with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements

Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is essential.
Physical stamina with the capability to perform manual labour outdoors in various weather conditions.
A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality maintenance of all outdoor areas.
Good communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
PA1/PA6 Qualification is essential
UK Driving Licence is essential
