Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Manager for our Before and After School Club Childcare team. The role is term time only running 7:30-8:45 and 2:45 - 6:00, but there is the option for just after school club, as well as holiday camp work if you would like! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, with the ability to inspire and develop children all ages and skill levels. This role involves running fun sessions with children, and fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
Duties
- Develop and implement fun engaging activities for the children
- Promote a supportive team environment that promotes respect, and collaboration among participants.
- Help organise and oversee activities
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and senior company staff regarding progress and development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in working with children
- Strong understanding of childcare techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
