We are looking for a Chef/Cook, to join our team and prepare meals for our customers.
Reporting and working with the Head Chef and their team.
Chef responsibilities include preparing high quality dishes, prepping for events and delivering meals for groups as part of a team.
If you have experience within a Kitchen environment, we’d like to meet you!
Ultimately, you’ll prepare and deliver a complete menu to our Members and guests.
- Responsibilities include:
- Set up the kitchen daily
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Inform waiting staff about daily specials
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
- Monitor food stock and place orders
- Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
- Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
- Team player
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
- Excellent time management
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Hygiene certificate minimum level 2

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
