## Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Arboriculture Operations Manager, to join our fantastic team. We are offering opportunities to run teams across commercial and residential works, with job variety working within a dynamic team.
## Key Responsibilities
· Supporting the Business Directors with Operational Management, including (but not limited to): Running teams and site management (working Team Leader), yard management, logistics support, risk and compliance management (supported by the admin staff), some day-to-day team management, pricing support.
· Leading the team on projects across both commercial and residential Arboriculture works; including organising required kit and logistics for the team, compliance paperwork (PUWER check sheets, Risk Assessments, Allocation Sheets), progress reporting, liaising with the client when on site with a professional approach.
· This is a working SSSTS and hence the use of hand tools is essential. The use of strimmers, hedge cutters, blowers and chippers to conduct general landscape maintenance.
· To operate a range of machinery, including power tools and light plant e.g. hand tools, strimmers, chainsaws, brushwood chipper
· To demonstrate a responsible attitude to personal and company equipment and follow company procedures e.g. completing safety check sheet/s
· Tree surgery/Arborist experience preferred
· CSCS card required
· Experience in the arboriculture/landscaping industries preferred
· Driving license required

Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
