Overview

Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for your next challenge? If you're ready for a change and want to join a friendly, supportive, and enthusiastic team, we'd love to hear from you.

Ethos Health (Scotland) Limited is a growing occupational health provider with a small, supportive team. We are seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join us and contribute to the delivery of high-quality occupational health services to our clients across the Central Belt of Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a team where your expertise, professionalism, and personality will be valued.

Essential Criteria

Registered Nurse with current registration through Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Recognised Occupational Health qualification (Degree)
Experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor.
Strong case management and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
Experience delivering health surveillance programmes.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

Case Management
Provide fitness-for-work advice and recommendations.
Undertake health surveillance programmes.
Deliver vaccination and immunisation services where required.
Provide advice and support for sickness absence management and employee return to work.
Prepare clear and professional occupational health reports.
Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional standards.
Work in-compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and professional guidelines.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to manage a varied caseload and organise appointments efficiently.

Pay: £48,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
