Sales Executive – Vauxhall & Leapmotor

Autovision Inverness is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our successful team.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent two forward-thinking automotive brands — Vauxhall and Leapmotor — alongside a wide range of quality used vehicles and light commercial vehicles.

Whether you’re an experienced automotive salesperson or looking to take the next step from a retail or customer-facing sales role, we’ll give you the training, support and tools you need to succeed.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience from the initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements and help them find the right vehicle and finance solution.

Your role will include:

Selling new Vauxhall and Leapmotor vehicles, including LCVs
Selling a wide range of quality used vehicles
Managing customer enquiries, appointments and follow-ups
Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Discussing finance and additional products with customers
Negotiating and closing vehicle sales
Building long-term customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Maintaining excellent product knowledge and keeping up to date with manufacturer developments

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is driven, personable and motivated to succeed.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Previous experience in sales, retail or a customer-focused environment
Automotive sales experience is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A confident and professional approach to customers
Strong negotiation and closing skills
The ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships
Good commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
A willingness to learn and develop
A full UK driving licence

Most importantly, you’ll have the ambition and attitude to succeed. We can teach you the automotive side of the role — your enthusiasm, work ethic and customer focus are what matter.
