We're looking for motivated, practical people to join our production team. Manufacturing experience is welcome but not essential – if you're reliable, mechanically minded, enjoy solving problems, and want to learn new skills, we'd like to hear from you.

As a Process Operator, you'll play a key role in producing our high-quality insulation products. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll:

Operate our extrusion lines and production equipment

Monitor and control manufacturing processes to maintain product quality

Identify and resolve minor process issues and equipment faults

Carry out quality inspections and accurately record production data

Support routine maintenance and continuous improvement activities

Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and teamwork
