As a Housekeeper at Amberley Hall Care Home, you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of service within the home.

About Amberley Hall Care Home:
Award-winning Amberley Hall is one of the top residential care homes in Kings Lynn. At Amberley Hall we pride ourselves on our beautiful, extensive gardens filled with pear trees, our state-of-the-art cinema and our hair and beauty salon.

All of our team at the purpose-built, 106-bedroom care home are ready to welcome residents with their compassionate and caring attitudes.

About the role:
Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, the Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the highest service standards of cleaning are delivered in the home to provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Salary:
£12.71 per hour.

Shift Pattern:
28.75 hours per week, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.

Home Location:
Baldock Drive, King's Lynn, England, PE30 3DQ.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure that cleaning duties are carried out in accordance to the cleaning schedule, ensuring the highest standard of personal presentation and hygiene are maintained.
Ensure all health and safety requirements are being met and that infection control policies and universal precautions are followed at all times.
To actively engage with residents in conversation and meaningful occupation related to their lifestyle choices at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences.

Training, Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
A passion for care - we're looking for a genuinely caring individual who will put the needs of our residents first.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as high attention to detail.
