What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and support a friendly, dedicated team
- Ensure the shop looks its best and operates efficiently
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle issues with confidence and kindness
- Oversee stock levels, hygiene standards, and daily financial reporting
- Manage staff training, rotas, and performance reviews
- Analyse profitability and communicate insights to the senior team
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, hospitality, or café settings
- A natural leader who thrives on responsibility and teamwork
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Confidence in cash handling, stock control, and performance management
- A problem-solver with a focus on service, efficiency, and staff development
- Strong computer skills, especially using data for sales forecasting and reporting
