We are a small, very friendly and supportive team, working collaboratively from our stunning Heron Valley offices in Loddiswell, a creative setting surrounded by orchards, nature and big ideas.
The Role
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing and ecommerce activity.
This is a part-time, office-based role focused on creating high-quality visual assets across both digital and print channels. Working closely with the marketing team, you will help bring seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand storytelling to life through thoughtful, commercially effective design.
This is a hands-on role, combining creative concept work with practical execution, including building and deploying assets within platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Digital Design
● Create engaging creative assets for:
○ Website banners and collection pages.
○ Email marketing campaigns
○ Google and Meta PPC assets
○ Organic social media content
● Support seasonal campaign launches and product storytelling
● Ensure all creative is optimised for performance across mobile and desktop
● Work within Shopify and Klaviyo to implement campaign assets where required
Brand & Creative Development
● Maintain consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints
● Develop layouts and concepts that elevate product presentation
● Support brand storytelling through strong typography, imagery and composition
● Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to deliver campaigns on time
Print & Trade Marketing Materials
● Design high-quality printed assets including:
○ Lookbooks and brochures
○ Trade POS and signage
○ Direct mail and promotional inserts
○ Retail and showroom materials
● Prepare artwork for professional print production. Liaise with suppliers and printers
Content & Asset Creation
● Resize and adapt creative for multiple formats and channels
● Organise and manage design files and asset libraries
● Support wider teams with marketing and sales collateral
● Create short moving-image or video-based digital assets (simple edits, motion graphics or animated ads) to support PPC and social campaigns
Skills & Experience
Essential
● Minimum 3 years’ experience in a graphic or digital design role
● Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline
● Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign design and brand work
● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
○ InDesign
○ Photoshop
○ Illustrator
● Strong understanding of digital design formats across web, email and social
● Excellent attention to detail with ability to deliver production-ready assets
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Desirable
● Experience working within Klaviyo, Shopify or similar platforms
● Experience designing for interiors, lifestyle or consumer brands
● Understanding of performance-led digital marketing creative
● Experience preparing artwork for professional print production
● Skills in video editing or motion graphics
● Interest in emerging AI-assisted creative tools
