Role Overview:

This is a temporary 3 month seasonal position, commencing on week commencing 5/10/26 and finishing on 15/1/27. The role has flexibility and is set at 25hrs-30hrs per week with additional hours available. As a Warehouse Operational Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for handling goods in and out, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock accurately and safely.
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in line with company procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, sack trucks, cardboard shredder)· Support the Operations Director and wider team with daily operational tasks.
Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.· Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and update stock movements.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic IT skills.· Physically fit and able to lift/move items up to 15KgWhat
