Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Assistant to support our management team in delivering construction and project management services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organisational, and IT skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic and growing organisation, contributing to various commercial and project-related activities.

Duties

Assist with project management tasks using, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook to ensure smooth project delivery.
Support management in negotiation processes with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimise commercial outcomes.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation related to ongoing projects.
Manage correspondence and communication channels effectively to ensure timely dissemination of information.
Produce and send applications and Invoices to client deadlines.
Contribute to the review of tender documents, proposals, and contractual agreements.
Assist with general administrative duties related to construction projects and client relations.

Qualifications

Proven experience or background in support to management, project management, or construction industries is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise confidently with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
Knowledge of IT systems relevant to construction or project management environments is advantageous.
Valid driving licence is preferred for site visits or off-site meetings. This position offers an engaging environment for individuals eager to develop their career within the construction sector while supporting key commercial activities across projects.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
