Evening and Weekend Sales Advisor

Hull - City Centre

Looking for a job that fits around your week? We’re hiring Evening and Weekend Team Members to join our friendly and energetic teams!

Evening and weekend positions available: 4 weekday shifts (5pm to 9pm) plus one full weekend day.

What you’ll do

Handle inbound calls from BT & EE customers.
Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and packages.
Work towards achievable sales and service targets.
Be part of a friendly, supportive team in our brand-new site.

What we’re looking for

Great communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
A customer-focused approach with confidence in recommending solutions.
Motivation to achieve targets and a positive attitude to learning.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a bonus – but not essential.

Starting salary: £15,874 – £16,660
