Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. This role involves providing excellent service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic setting, working alongside a friendly team. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. All roles are paid, including internships, and are ideal for those passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar and tables
Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and promote responsible alcohol service
Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any enquiries or concerns
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, serving, or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
Basic maths skills for handling payments and transactions
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
A personable approach with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
