We Are Hiring a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Baby Room (Children Under 2 Years Old)
Full-Time / Part-Time / Zero Hours Contract
Hourly Pay from £13.01

Due to growing demand, we are expanding our nursery family and are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive Baby Room team, working with our youngest children under the age of 2.
A Little About Us
We are proud to provide a happy, safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, where curiosity is encouraged, imaginations flourish, and learning happens through play every single day.
Our Baby Room is a warm and loving space where babies are supported to thrive through meaningful interactions, sensory experiences and responsive care. We celebrate every milestone – from first words and first steps to growing confidence and independence.
During school holidays, we also run an exciting holiday club for children up to 12 years old, packed with creativity, games and smiles.
Your Day Will Include:
- Providing warm, nurturing care and building strong bonds with babies and their families
- Creating engaging sensory and play experiences that support early development
- Planning age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Supporting routines including feeding, sleeping and personal care with sensitivity and professionalism
- Encouraging babies to explore, discover and develop confidence in a safe and stimulating environment
- Celebrating special milestones and sharing these memorable moments with parents and carers
- Being a positive role model and a valued member of our nursery team
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Full and Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Preferably has previous nursery experience, ideally working with babies or children under 2 years old
- Is patient, caring and passionate about giving children the very best start in life
- Brings energy, creativity and kindness to everything they do
- Loves working as part of a team and building strong relationships with children and families
- Can be flexible with shifts Monday–Friday between 6:45am and 6:00pm
- Has Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid training (great if you do – not a deal breaker if you don't!)
