In this role, you’ll showcase your culinary creativity by crafting customized burritos with precision and flair, ensuring every order is a masterpiece. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine culinary artistry with exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, lively environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble burritos according to customer specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend ingredient combinations for a personalized experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area, adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours while keeping a positive atmosphere
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed
Assist in training new team members on proper burrito assembly techniques and customer service protocols
Contribute to a lively, energetic environment by demonstrating enthusiasm and teamwork throughout your shift

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or a fast-paced hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for culinary arts, especially creating visually appealing dishes that excite customers
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and safety protocols
