Full job description

Touchstone Developments & Investments, a commercial property development company and a subsidiary of the Chrysalis Group, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager. In this role, you will support the Group CEO by ensuring that contracts and business opportunities increase year after year for all companies within the Chrysalis Group.

Your initial key focus, will be within our Building & Maintenance Service in Touchstone Developments & Investments Ltd, who specialise in maintaining our specialised supported housing for investors, local authorities and care providers.

Your aim will be to attract new business and increase business and growth in these areas, as well as increase general maintenance and building works or contracts in the overall market.

We also plan to integrate Blackfields Furniture Ltd, our commercial joinery subsidiary company, who make bespoke custom-made furniture and cabinetry, by growing and increasing their market exposure either as a standalone or in collaboration with Touchstone Developments.

This role focuses on proactively marketing and bidding for new and existing business opportunities, whilst sourcing new clients, and competing for additional work.

Although we are small, we have the energy, enthusiasm and potential to grow and diversify. By joining our committed team, you will bring energy and exposure by sourcing new contracts, enhancing and cultivating them, whilst growing and diversifying existing contracts into greater growth opportunities.
