Warehouse Operations Team Leader
Rubery, Birmingham, B31 5HE

£31,000–£34,000 DOE + Flexible Overtime + Pension + Career Development

NVC Lighting is one of the UK's leading commercial lighting manufacturers and distributors. We invest in our people, systems and technology, including NetSuite WMS and Netstock, and we're committed to continuous improvement across our operation.

The Opportunity

Working alongside our Warehouse Manager, you'll lead, coach and support our warehouse team while helping us deliver outstanding customer service, inventory accuracy and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time on the warehouse floor, solving problems, developing people and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse colleagues.

· Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

· Ensure orders are picked, packed and despatched accurately and on time.

· Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping.

· Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

· Support perpetual inventory and cycle counting.

· Use NetSuite WMS to manage warehouse activities.

· Work closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, QA and Production.

· Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required.
