Role Overview
MPW Making Places Work is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This is a dynamic role requiring strong administrative capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload across business and operational functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the CEO’s schedule and supporting wider business activities, including light property management, staff coordination, and event support. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
● Manage and coordinate the CEO’s diary, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
● Prioritise and organise workloads to ensure efficient time management
● Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate notes/minutes, and track follow-up actions
● Draft, review, and send professional emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Administrative Duties
● Maintain organised records, files, and documentation
● Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
● Support general office administration tasks as required
● Assist in developing and improving internal systems and processes
Diary & Workload Management
● Proactively plan and manage schedules to maximise productivity
● Anticipate needs and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
● Support strategic planning through coordination of key meetings and deadlines
Property Management Support (Light Duties)
● Assist with basic property-related administration
● Liaise with contractors, tenants, or stakeholders where required
● Support coordination of maintenance or operational activities
Staff & Team Support
● Provide administrative and coordination support to staff when needed
● Act as a central point of communication between the CEO and wider team
● Assist with onboarding processes or internal coordination tasks
Event Support
● Support planning and coordination of events, meetings, and business functions
● Assist with logistics, communications, and on-the-day organisation
General Duties
● Undertake additional tasks typical of a Personal Assistant role as required
● Provide flexible support across different areas of the business
● Travel when necessary to support business operations
Person Specification
Essential
● Proven experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
● Strong organisational and time management skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
● High level of professionalism and confidentiality
● Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
● Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital tools
Desirable
● Fully bilingual (e.g. Welsh and English)
● Experience supporting senior leadership or CEO-level executives
● Familiarity with property management or related administrative work
● Experience in event coordination or project support
Additional Information
● The role is primarily based in Bangor / North West but requires flexibility to travel when needed

Salary is competitive, based on experience.
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
