We are currently seeking a confident, attentive and professional Spa Host to join our Spa team, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests.
The on target earning potential for this role is £31,841 / per annum - comprising a base annual salary of £26,841, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 per hour in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

- You’ll be the start of our guest journey, providing a friendly and efficient service on arrival, and making their Spa experience one to remember
- Attending to and handling guest enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, with a commitment to approaching any issues in a positive way
- You’ll have excellent knowledge of the treatments and facilities on offer in the Spa, helping guests make decisions on the choices available
- Developing a fantastic knowledge of the activities and services available to our guests across the wider estate
- Confident in dealing with operational customer feedback and communicating efficiently with the Spa Management team, you’ll also build strong working relationships with other departments in supporting with any enquiries relating to the Spa
- You’ll help maintain the accuracy of our database, building comprehensive guest profiles; gathering, verifying and recording guest information
- Building a detailed knowledge of the food and beverage offering in our Wellness Café to enable you to service and assist guests
- Communicating all reservations to the team, and capturing any specific guest requirements
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
- You take pride in maintaining immaculate personal presentation through professional grooming, and ensure your working environment is always clean, organised and presented to the highest standards
- Approaching every guest interaction with care and attentiveness, you recognise that while a situation may be familiar to you, for the guest it may be their first experience
- You remain calm, positive and solution-focused when responding to guest queries or concerns, always striving to resolve matters promptly and thoughtfully
- Contributing to creating a warm, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere within the Spa, ensuring every guest feels valued and well cared for, is second nature to you
- Demonstrating a proactive and supportive approach when working with your colleagues, you help maintain a smooth and efficient operation across the Spa
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
