We’re hiring Platers – Methil | Navantia UK
Navantia UK is expanding and looking for multiple skilled Platers to join our growing team in Methil. Following the acquisition of Harland & Wolff’s facilities, we’re investing heavily in the future of UK shipbuilding, defence, maritime, and clean energy.
This is your opportunity to be part of nationally significant projects in a business with long-term vision, strong backing, and real momentum.
What you’ll be doing:

Fabricating and welding structural steelwork to high standards

Working from engineering drawings and specifications
-
Meeting quality, safety, and production targets
-
Collaborating with a skilled team to deliver on time
What we’re looking for:

Experience in plating or welding
-
Strong Health & Safety awareness
-
A proactive, reliable, team-focused mindset
-
Ability to work independently and deliver quality work
-
NVQ 3 or time served.
