Summary
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our healthcare facility in Knaresborough. This vital role ensures our practice remains safe, functional, and welcoming for patients and staff alike.
Hours
5 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly and annual maintenance activities to ensure facilities operate smoothly.
- Manage maintenance schedules and liaise with external contractors for repairs.
- Oversee safety protocols and compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor building systems including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing to prevent issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure the facility meets the required standards for healthcare environments including maintaining Infection Control audits.
- Complete and maintain building wide risk assessments.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities management or coordination within a healthcare or similar environment.
- Knowledge of building systems, electrical, mechanical, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: £20.00 per hour
