The Role

We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised SSWI Co‑ordinator (Adults) to lead and coordinate inclusive support provision for adult learners across all curriculum areas and qualification levels. You will play a key role in identifying learner needs at cohort level, ensuring effective support strategies are in place, and driving high-quality, compliant provision that supports engagement, wellbeing, and achievement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Coordinate and monitor support provision for an identified cohort of adult learners, using early intervention to identify needs and implement effective strategies that promote engagement, progress, and wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with curriculum and support teams to ensure timely and appropriate reasonable adjustments, embedding inclusive practice across all learning environments.
Ensure all support provision aligns with Adult Skills Funding requirements, managing resources effectively within budget and maintaining compliance with audit and quality standards.
Lead on EHCP processes for adult learners, including development, implementation, and review, while monitoring progress, outcomes, and achievement.
Provide leadership and line management to Specialist Inclusion Mentors, overseeing performance, CPD, and quality assurance to deliver consistent, high-quality support across the adult learner cohort.
