Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for assisting fee earners on files and supporting our qualified individuals on a diverse caseload for insurers pre-litigated and litigated claims, from inception to resolution.
Duties will include conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses. A key part of the role will also involve conducting research to support legal strategies and case development.
What will help you succeed in this role? :
Essential

Previous Paralegal experience of 6+ months is ESSENTIAL for this role.

Scottish qualified legal professional with previous Scotland law experience is ESSENTIAL for this role.

We are unable to consider candidate with UK & Wales experience only for this role.

Experience in the following areas will be considered - Fraud, Motor, Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Personal Injury, Serious Injury, Large Loss, Complex Loss, Catastrophic Loss, Employer's Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Occupiers Liability (OL), Credit Fraud, Recoveries, Abuse, Disease, etc.

Experience in litigation would be an advantage.

Experience of working in a fast paced environment with a volume of claims.
