Gods Of Grip is looking for an organised and reliable E-commerce & Marketing Assistant to work closely with our Managing Director on the day-to-day running and growth of our online store.
This is a varied role covering Shopify, Klaviyo, product listings, image preparation, scheduling, and general e-commerce admin. You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you must be organised, accurate, and comfortable learning new systems.
Main Duties
- Updating products, prices, images, tags, and collections on Shopify
- Helping prepare and schedule Klaviyo email campaigns
- Organising product images, website assets, and marketing content
- Basic image editing, resizing, and uploading
- Helping schedule product launches, emails, blog posts, and website updates
- Checking product pages for mistakes, missing images, or formatting issues
- Keeping spreadsheets, product data, and content plans organised
- General e-commerce and marketing admin

- Confident using computers and online systems
- Able to follow instructions properly
- Comfortable working closely with me on different tasks
- Able to manage multiple small jobs without losing track
- Willing to learn and take ownership of work
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Photoshop, Google Sheets, product listings, or e-commerce would be useful, but training can be provided for the right person.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£17.21 per hour
