Ultimate Demolition and Construction Services Ltd is a dynamic and growing demolition and enabling works contractor, delivering high-quality, safety-led solutions across private, commercial, industrial, and public sector projects.
With an expanding pipeline of secured work, we’re looking for a committed and experienced Site Manager to join our delivery team and help drive operational excellence on live sites.
The Role
This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone with a strong background in demolition and construction site management. You'll be responsible for day-to-day site operations, health and safety compliance, subcontractor coordination, programme management and client liaison; from pre-start to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Site Supervisor on key schemes, ensuring safe systems of work are implemented and followed
- Liaise directly with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant, and labour
- Review RAMS, temporary works, and pre-construction documentation
- Report on progress, risks, and commercial matters to senior management
- Contribute to programme planning, sequencing and method development
- Ensure all projects adhere to company standards, HSE legislation, and CDM Regulations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in demolition or construction site management, with a focus on safety and delivery
- Strong knowledge of temporary works, structural sequencing, and CDM Regulations
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (Black or Gold Card preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Able to work across multiple sites in the region with flexibility and initiative
Desirable but not essential
- CCDO Supervisor or Manager card
- Temporary Works Coordinator training
- Asbestos Awareness or Non-Licensed Removal Training

Pay: £16.00-£21.00 per hour
