We’re looking for an experienced Groundworks Working Foreman to lead site operations on a residential development.

Oversee day-to-day groundworks operations, managing labour and plant
Ensure quality and progress across footings, drainage, kerbing, and concrete works
Read and work from engineering/setting-out drawings
Liaise with site manager and subcontractors on programme
Maintain site safety standards and daily records

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Working Foreman on residential/housing sites
Strong technical knowledge of footings, drainage installation, kerb laying, and concrete works
CSCS card (Supervisor level preferred)
SMSTS or SSSTS
Valid driving licence
Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay: £250.00-£270.00 per day
