Lead one of the UK's most prestigious optical retail destinations.

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our mega door location within Harrods, Knightsbridge. This is a unique opportunity to manage a high-profile store serving an affluent and discerning customer base, where delivering an exceptional customer journey is just as important as achieving strong commercial results.

What you'll do

Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team.
Create a culture of exceptional customer service and personalised care.
Drive sales, KPI performance and store profitability.
Coach and support colleagues to maximise individual and team performance.
Ensure the highest standards of store presentation, compliance and operational excellence.
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while maintaining the premium standards expected within Harrods.
Lead from the front, providing an outstanding experience for every customer.

What we're looking for

Previous Store Manager experience within a premium, luxury or service-led retail environment.
A proven track record of delivering commercial success and driving KPI performance.
An engaging leader who can motivate, coach and develop teams.
A passion for customer service and creating memorable retail experiences.
Strong commercial awareness, organisational skills and attention to detail.
Optical experience is beneficial but not essential.
